Beric Dondarrion and the Lieutenant

First of all, lightning/electricity! Plus they both use weapons engulfed in fire/electricity. The Equalists can be the equivalent of the Brotherhood Without Banners. We don’t know too much about the Lieutenant’s personality though, and I don’t think I’ll like him as much as I like Beric.
